Chemistry I

Chemistry I is a college-preparatory, laboratory-based course that investigates properties of matter and the changes that matter can undergo.Topics covered include, but not limited to, measuring and calculating using the SI system, writing proper formulas and naming compounds, mole concepts, the history of chemistry, investigating the phases of matter, and solution chemistry. Pre-required courses are Biology I and Algebra II.
