Speech-Language Pathologist

Hi! My name is Annette Leathers. I am a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with over 30 years of experience. I received my Master’s degree in Communication Disorders from Louisiana State University. Geaux Tigers! My career started at a children’s hospital where I began the AAC program and was the liaison between the hospital and the public schools. I then switched to the school setting when I had children. I also have multiple years of experience with all ages in all settings. I have discovered that no matter where I work – I love being an SLP! I am married to a retired Florida Fish and Wildlife Officer/Coast Guard Veteran. Between the two of us, we have 4 daughters. I enjoy reading, embroidery, and Jeeping with my husband. I have lived in many different states (IL, LA, FL, VA, AZ, NC, TN). Tennessee is by far the most beautiful! I was a Rebel during my own middle school years (in Louisiana) and am happy to be a Rebel again! Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have at: [email protected].
